Rewriting the Narrative: Peer Support, Reentry, and Systemic Change explore how lived experience can be leveraged as a powerful tool to transform behavioral health and reentry systems. This workshop challenges dominant narratives that stigmatize formerly incarcerated individuals and instead centers resilience, accountability, and leadership. Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, participants will examine how peer support creates pathways for trust, engagement, and long-term stability, especially within communities disproportionately impacted by systemic inequities.
