This presentation will discuss legal challenges to changes made to HUD’s funding for the Continuum of Care of services and housing provided to those experiencing homelessness; the potential impact those changes could have had; the relationship of proposed changes to last year’s federal executive order, and their implications for the American with Disabilities Act’s integration mandate.
