Carlene Mahaffey

Carlene Mahaffey has been working as a Mental Health Advocate for Disability Rights Maine, Maine’s Protection and Advocacy organization, since 2021. Prior to that she worked as peer support at a psychiatric hospital, with a mental health agency, and at an Emergency Department.
