Mindfulness practices are readily available and profoundly beneficial to us. In this session, we will touch on the benefits of and ways to engage in mindfulness/meditation before practicing meditation together. (We will do a different type of meditation practice Monday and Wednesday). We will wrap-up the session with a brief Q&A / optional sharing of experiences.
