In this panel discussion we will discuss the expansion of involuntary commitment (forced treatment, AOT etc.) in the United States and the community organizing and legal efforts advocacy groups are working on to fight against it. There will be a focus on strategy to intentionally shift the focus from a treatment-based perspective to a rights-based perspective.
