Mindfulness practices are readily available and profoundly beneficial to us. In this session, we will touch upon the essence and benefits of yoga before practicing accessible yoga together. This subtle, gentle yoga practice can be done while seated in a chair (some standing options will be offered). We will wrap-up the session with a brief Q&A / optional sharing of experiences.
