Using Civil Rights Laws to Expand Access to Housing
The Fair Housing Act, ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act promise access to housing that promotes community integration and that resists segregation on the basis of disability. This session will focus on tools we can all use-at the policy level and on behalf of individuals-to secure these promises.
