This workshop will discuss trends and cases of interest involving employment discrimination against individuals with psychiatric disabilities.  It will also touch on significant regulatory opportunities to promote employment of people with psychiatric disabilities, including regulations being developed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to implement Section 501 of the Rehabilitation Act (requiring federal agencies to avoid discrimination and conduct affirmative action to promote employment of people with disabilities).
