Liliane Cambraia Windsor, M.S.W., Ph.D. Liliane Cambraia Windsor, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, School of Social Work. Her research has focused primarily on substance abuse, HIV prevention, and social justice with special emphasis on Latino and African Diaspora populations using mixed methods. Dr. Windsor has participated in numerous studies related to substance abuse and social justice in Texas, Brazil, and New York and most recently became involved with HIV research. Currently, Dr. Windsor is affiliated with the Rutgers Center for Behavioral Health Services & Criminal Justice Research, the Rutgers Center of Alcohol Studies (CAS), and the Special Populations Office at the National Development & Research Institute (NDRI). Dr. Windsor is principal investigator of multiple research projects, including a study that is developing and evaluating a manualized 12-session health intervention for people with a history of substance abuse and incarceration.
