Sarah J. Gregory, J.D.

Sarah J. Gregory is Litigation Counsel with Disability Rights California’s Mental Health Practice Group. She has spent her legal career working on issues at the intersection of housing, racial justice, and mental health. At DRC, Ms. Gregory has helped develop and lead a range of complex litigations and advocacy involving constitutional and disability rights on behalf of clients living with mental health disabilities. In 2017, she was awarded California Lawyer Attorney of the Year (CLAY) for her role in litigation seeking to enforce state housing laws. Prior to joining DRC, Ms. Gregory worked at legal aid organizations and a private law firm. She graduated magna cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2010.
