Helen Mehm

Helen Mehm has been a paralegal advocate with Connectciut Legal Rights Project for over 20 years. She has worked in the inpatient and community settings advocating for the rights of clients diagnosed with psychiatric disabilities. Issues have included patients rights per the Connecticut Patients Bill or Rights, housing and tenants' rights issues, treatment concerns, advance directives, and probate court.
