Kimberly B. Horowitz

Kimberly Horowitz is the Manager of Inpatient Recovery Support Services at Hartford HealthCare, Institute of Living, in Hartford, Connecticut. Prior to taking on this position she served as Recovery Support Specialist and Recovery Support Team Leader. She is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and Rutgers Law School. She received her Connecticut Recovery Support Specialist Certification in 2019.
