Mark Joyce, J.D.

Mark Joyce is a managing attorney at the Disability Rights Center of Maine (DRM), Maine's Protection & Advocacy organization and is also a former NARPA board member. He focuses exclusively in the area of mental health law, advocating for the advancement of the rights of individuals with psychiatric labels. Since joining DRM in 2001, Mark has argued cases at every level of Maine's judicial system, including bringing constitutional challenges to forced treatment laws. Mark serves as one of the class counsel in the class action lawsuit commonly known as the AMHI Consent Decree case.
