Victoria Blom is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) working as an HIV Educational Coordinator for the Outreach Center at Turning Point in Brooklyn, New York. She has had over five years of experience working with individuals with a history of incarceration and/or substance abuse, both in a professional and mentoring capacity. Victoria received her Master of Social work degree in 2012 from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Her academic and professional work has focused on the following areas: Critical social theory, clinical social work, prisoner reentry, public health and recovery from substance use disorders.
